No. All coaching is fully online. I work with clients across 12+ countries. Everything is delivered remotely with full communication access throughout.

How long until I see results?

Most clients see meaningful progress within the first 4 to 6 weeks. The timeline depends on your starting point and consistency. You'll notice the difference before that.

What equipment or gym do I need?

I work with what you have access to. Whether that's a fully-equipped commercial gym, a home setup, or something in between, your plan is built around your reality, not a perfect scenario.

How much does it cost?

Pricing is discussed after your application is reviewed. I want to understand your goals before we talk investment. I only work with people I'm confident I can help.

What if I've tried coaching before and it didn't work?

Then we'll talk about why. Most programs fail because of poor accountability or generic planning. That's exactly what this isn't. I stay in it with you, not just at the start.

How do I communicate with you day-to-day?
